Our good 'ole Baylor Bears beat OSU yesterday and we were there to see it!! We decided a little last minute to drive down to Waco and watch the Bears and were so glad we did. Our first stop was the Bear Pit and we were all surprised to see both bears up and roaming around. It was even a first for Scott and me. Of course, the girls LOVED it and might have stayed there all day if we'd let them. But the game was about to begin so we had to run.
Since we had gotten our tickets so late, we were way up in the nosebleeds and it worked out GREAT! We had our very own row and let the girls roam around, dance and cheer between us. Emerson was obsessed with Bruiser the Bear so we had to give him a high-five when he got near, but she did NOT want to sit in his lap for a picture ;). It really was SO fun and we kept laughing about how much had changed in our lives the last 10 years...crazy!!
After the game, we had the treat of eating Rosa's with our friends, the Kreys. Kicking myself for not getting any pictures of the kiddos. Let's just say that at one point, Em, Elliott and Oliver were in the booth behind us trying to entertain Hayden (who was looking over from our seat) by eating out of the salt and pepper shakers. Fun times, people ;). Of course, we had to go by Common Grounds on the way out of town...yummy!! Fun Baylor day for sure.....Sic 'Em!!
