Sweet little mother

Our Emerson is becoming SUCH the little lady! We say it daily and can hardly believe how old she seems sometimes. Her latest idea just cracks us up and melts our hearts. After dressing up at church last week, she came home very determined to create a Mary costume. And she wouldn’t let me do another thing until I helped her do it ;). We dug through all my fabrics and came up with two different blues, just as she specified. And don’t you think we came up with a pretty good looking Mary? She has been having a ball playing “baby Jesus” and throws on her costume the minute she gets out of bed. We keep trying to convince Hayden to dress up as the Angel Gabriel, but so far she’s not interested. Maybe next year??
