Yesterday we took our first trip to the Dallas Zoo with our besties! We were a little concerned when we arrived at the same time as about twenty school buses, but always had plenty of room to roam. We were a little bummed that the big exhibits were temporarily closed...you know, all the animals the girls were hoping to see: lions, giraffes, elephants, gorillas, etc., but after a little ice cream distraction, we were good to go ;). It was definitely a hit and they've already been asking to go back soon. I'm sure we can make that happen.
